1. About
These terms apply to the Series Explained website (seriesexplainedofficial.com) and to Series Explained Studio, the private tool used by the channel owner to manage the Series Explained YouTube channel ("the app").
2. Use of the app
The app is for the sole use of the Series Explained channel owner. It is not offered to the public, and no one else may use it to access their own or any other Google or YouTube account.
3. YouTube and Google terms
The app uses YouTube API Services. Use of the app is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Content
Videos published on the Series Explained channel are commentary and analysis of films and series. Film titles, footage and characters belong to their respective owners and are used for commentary, criticism and review. Rights holders with questions may contact us at the address below.
5. No warranty
The website and app are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Series Explained is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
